Innopolis and Business incubator presented to Merrill Lynch

Officials of Merrill Lynch bank, General Electric, ING and Arta Capital companies visited IT-park. Director of GAU “High Technology Technopark “IT-park” Dinar Nasyrov briefly told about first high-technology park in Russia.
Director for IT-park development Lidana Bondar told about new project – construction of IT city Innopolis. Total population will make 155 thousand people, including 60 thousand IT specialists. Best specialists from all over the world are to be attracted to the new city. It will help increasing the role of IT sector in Russian GDP.
The master plan of new city was developed by the Singapore company RSP Architect. It includes technopark for 130 thousand m² and federal IT university for 5 thousand students. The educational program is being developed by world’s leading university in Computer science Carnegie Mellon.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
