Pay for housing and communal services at any time from your house

In September Tatarstan citizens paid apartment invoices via infomats and portal of state services uslugi.tatarstan.ru for the sum of 13 mln roubles.
Today you can receive information about housing and communal service charges, control your account, make changes in invoices and recalculation without leaving our house.
To use these services you should register your personal account on the Portal. Registration procedure is rather simple, just enter your mobile number and receive the password.
You can pay for housing and communal services without registering the personal account as well. Just enter your account number indicated on the receipt and the sum of payment. The fee is 2 %, if you make payments via infomat, and 1 % in case you pay via the portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru.
The service is now available at 1.2 mln households in Tatarstan.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
