President of Tatarstan meets with Chief of Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications Aleksandr Zharov

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Chief of Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications Aleksandr Zharov.
Tatarstan’s Deputy PM and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Chief of the Tatarstan Department of the Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications Airat Zaripov, Director General of OAO Tatmedia Irek Minnakhmetov, Director General of TV and radio broadcasting company “Novy Vek” Ilshat Aminov were present at the meeting.
“Gross violations of the Federal law “On protection of children from information harmful to their health and (or) development” have not been revealed on the territory of Russia and Tatarstan,” Aleksandr Zharov said after the meeting with Rustam Minnikhanov.
Head of the Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications informed that another extended session of expert board on mass communications will be held on October 10-15 with participation of almost all media agencies, public organisations, and the State Duma, including developers, authors of the law, Federal Antimonopoly Service.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
