Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications to use special radio control mode during Universiade

Chief of the Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications Aleksandr Zharov informed that a special radio control mode will be applied during Universiade 2013.
“Control for radio-frequency spectrum in the so-called “automated patrol” mode will be firstly used in Tatarstan. It will help communication service providers quickly respond to any violations,” Aleksandr Zharov said.
He informed that the state commission for radio frequencies approved plan of operation with radio-frequency spectrum and radioelectronic devices during Universiade. It describes actions of all executive bodies and services involved.
Mr Zharov also noted that Tatarstan is one of the most advanced Russian regions in areas supervised by the Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications.
The World summer Universiade 2013 will be held in Kazan on July 6-17. 13,5 thousand sportsmen and members of official delegations from 170 countries will participate in the event.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
