President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrives in Singapore to participate in VII Russia Singapore Business Forum

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Singapore to participate in VII Russia Singapore Business Forum.
The Tatarstan President is accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Informatization and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov, Aide to the Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov, Chairman of OAO “Ak Bars” Bank Robert Minnegaliev.
Presentation of Innopolis project will be held within the framework of first session “Emerging Cities as Growth Drivers”.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov will speak at the session “Russia and CIS: Opportunities and Challenges”.
To the point, construction of Innopolis started in June 2012 in Tatarstan. The city will occupy the area of 1200 hectares in a picturesque place not far from Kazan. It is meant for 155 thousand people including 60 thousand IT specialists. Master plan of Innopolis was developed by RSP Architects Planners&Engineers (Singapore).
On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
