Change received after paying for state services and duties via infomats can be sent to the account of a mobile phone of any communications provider and charity foundations.
Users can send funds to the following charity foundations: “Ak Bars Sozidanie”, “Vozrozhdenie” (“Revival”), “Zakyat”, “Detyam” (“For children”), and to the project “Children’s First hospice of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
Such service is available since November 2009. 25 thousand people have already transferred their change to accounts of charity foundations for the total sum of 1 bln roubles.
