Russian Post expands the functionality of the service for sending e-registered letters

New service options will help people to exchange e-registered letters with government authorities.

Thus, any user of the Russian Post services can refuse paper notifications from government authorities and start to receive or send letters in e-form. The new service is available to users throughout Russia.

A letter sent in e- form will have the same legal force as hard copies.
