The participants of the meeting of Tatarstan Ministry of Informatization and Communications discuss opportunities fot the development of professional competencies
On June 21, Tatarstan Ministry of Informatization and Communications held an open seminar for personnel services of enterprises of various industries on the development of professional competencies of workers.
During the seminar, the representatives of different institutions made a report, namely:
• Povolzhsky Centre for Quality with the report “Professional standards as a mechanism for the development of professional competencies”,
• Tatarstan Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection with the report “Training opportunities for workers of pre-retirement age”
• Interregional Competence Centre - Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications with the report “Opportunities for increasing the competitiveness of the older generation”.
The new Tochka Kipeniya - Kazan team work area hosted the event.
