Mikhail Abyzov offers duplicating social tasks in IT-park

Companion of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in the sphere of “Open Government”, RF Minister Mikhail Abyzov visited the Kazan IT-park. The guest was met by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov and Director of IT-park Dinar Nasyrov.
Dinar Nasyrov presented IT-park, told about its infrastructure and main economic results of the residents. Then, the minister met with members of the Tatarstan Public Chamber. The issue of civil participation in decision-making process and control over their execution by state authorities was discussed afterwards.
Further, the Russian minister was accompanied to the Business-incubator to see presentation of electronic state services, “People’s control” and electronic documents flow systems.
Mikhail Abyzov asked how many electronic state services are rendered in Tatarstan in fact. “1.3 mln per month,” Deputy Minister of informatization and communications Anisa Gainullina informed.
“People’s control” system on the portal of state services was also presented to the Russian minister. In this system every user can bring up problematic sites found in the city and republic for discussion. Information regarding the institution responsible for the problem solving, measures taken and photo report about conducted work are published here as well. Users can also assess quality of the fulfilled work. Since the service was launched, 1.9 thousand messages supported by 27 thousand users have been received from republican citizens.
Mikhail Anatolievich was interested if the service can be integrated with the federal system. Developers said that it is possible and promised to send detailed information on this issue.
On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
