New manufacture launched in Innopolis
On May 22, during Information Technology of Industrial Russia Conference at Innopolis University, Director General of the Rostec State Corporation Sergey Chemezov and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn launch of construction of aviation assembly manufacture and airfield of pilot aviation.
The project is implemented by the Rostec jointly with Tatarstan under the agreement signed during MAKS-2017, on the establishment and implementation of the pilot version of the all-Russian system of aviation chemical works.
The facility is expected to be commissioned in 2022.
Production capacity will be up to 100 aircraft per year. The facility will be included in the Innopolis special economic zone "Innopolis and will have tax benefits.
