Roman Shaykhutdinov takes part in the annual meeting of shareholders of Tattelecom Company
On April 26, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Informatization and Communication Roman Shaykhutdinov took part in an annual meeting of shareholders of Tattelecom Telecommunication Company.
Director General of Tattelecom Company Lutfulla Shafigullin made a keynote report on the results of the work of the company in 2018. He said that a significant project, implemented by the company was the connection of medical and preventive treatment facilities of the republic to modern fiber-optic communication lines. Under this project, the company developed a communications infrastructure and connected 174 medical organizations to the Internet. Another important project implemented in 2018 was the introduction of a new technological platform to provide interactive IP TV services.
Welcoming the participants of the meeting, Shaykhutdinov emphasized main industry projects implemented in the republic with participation of Tattelecom Company.
This is the launch of the 5G and NB-IOT networks in the Innopolis (under the Smart City project and the construction of the TETRA standard professional radio communications network in the republic.
The meeting also discussed other important issues.
