Number of complaints about communication quality has considerably decreased

Most of appeals received by RT Ministry of informatization and communications were connected with complaints about quality of TV broadcasting and cellular communication services.
Such an information was given at an extended meeting with chiefs of republican enterprises of the informatization and communications sector. The meeting was held by vice PM – Minister of informatization and communications Nikolay Nikiforov.
To the point, a month’s campaign aimed at improvement of communication quality was held in republic last year in January. An interactive service on the ministry’s web site provided information about the places where communication problems arose and enabled making up the rating of problem operators and taking certain measures.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
On November 27, "Technopark in the sphere of high technologies "IT Park" and Globus IT, a leading Russian integrator, signed a strategic agreement to establish a joint laboratory for training IT specialists, focused on building project teams for specific business needs. Director of "IT Park" Ruslan Vlasov and CEO of Globus IT Pavel Korotkiy with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov signed the document, which lays the foundation for a fundamentally new approach to technology education.
