Roman Shaikhutdinov is a graduate of the human resources management reserve programme
On April 25, in the Moscow Kremlin, Russian President Vladimir Putin met the first graduates of the programme for the development of the human resources management reserve. Roman Shaihutdinov, Minister of Informatization and Communication of Tatarstan, was among the graduates of the programme.
The programme of development of the human resources management reserve is established on behalf of the Russian President. The first course of the programme was launched at the Higher School of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in cooperation with the leading educational institutions of the country: the Corporate University of Sberbank, the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo and the Higher School of Economics in June 2017.
