Due to the increasing popularity of e-school services (e-diary, school and educational cards) among Tatarstan citizens, a record number of user accesses to the system was recorded at the end of the third quarter of the academic year, which resulted some failure in the work of the mobile application "Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" and at the Portal of State Services of the republic on March 20 - 22.
All necessary work on expanding the architectural capacities was urgently carried out.
