On December 13, at the Bashir Rameev IT park, Kazan hosted the All-Russian Forum «New Challenges - Training Personnel for the Digital Economy» held under the Year of Digitalization in Tatarstan, and coincided with the 90th anniversary of the International Competence Centre - Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications.

On December 9, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in an unveiling ceremony of a memorial plaque in honor of Signalman Colonel Boris Kuznetsov. A memorial plaque was installed at Gorky Street 3B in Kazan, where he lived his last years.
Minnikhanov emphasized that Kuznetsov was a man of great personal courage, a true patriot who became a Hero of the Soviet Union at the age of 19.
On December 7, under the Year of Digitalization in Tatarstan, timed to the International Anti-Corruption Day, celebrated on December 9, Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information technologies and Communication held a panel discussion on the topic: "Digital technologies as a tool for a transparent world without corruption”.

On December 1, in the Bashir Rameev IT park in Kazan, Deputy Chairman of the Sber Board of Directors Stanislav Kuznetsov, the Senior Vice-president, the head of the Sber Technologies block Andrey Belevtsev and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony of opening the second technological hub for Sber employees, who develop digital products and services.

On November 28, on the Day of the State Flag of Tatarstan, the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting TV tower will turn on the architectural and artistic illumination. The Kazan TV Tower will be lighted in the colors of the State Flag of the Republic of Tatarstan - green, white and red.
