Changes in the project “School card” were discussed at lyceum No. 1 in Zelenodolsk on April 4. The school card now enables controlling attendance of lessons of additional education, use transport and bank application, control school catering, and get books in the library. Zelenodolsk schools have taken part in a pilot project for two years.

1.2 thousand requests concerning registration of children in kindergartens were sent to contact centre on the portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru. By and large, more than 19, 000 applications were submitted from the beginning of this year.

Enrollment of children in preschool educational institutions for 2014-2015 academic year began on April 1 in Naberezhnye Chelny. 2107 parents can see the status “Enrolled in preschool educational institution” on the portal of state and municipal services in section “Kindergartens”.

New 2.0 version of mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan” for iOS is available. It enables using state services using your telephones. Use login and password you eter on the portal of state and municipal services uslugi.tatarstan.ru.

The Central archive of medical images is meant for long-term storage, transfer, and use of electronic medical images. Due to infrastructure of the archive medical workers now have remote access to patient's medical history, can exchange diagnostic data, comment on patient’s condition, and make quick and efficient decisions, carry out consultations on complicated cases.

On March 26-27, 2014, the open championship WorldSkills Russia in web design was held at Kazan communication technical school. 15 students from 4 educational institutions and 1 student from Ulyanovsk region took part in the event that was held in accordance with assignments of the open championship in Moscow and Moscow region approved by Regional Coordination Centre WorldSkills Russia.

From March 1, 2014 2, 721 applications for marriage registration have been submitted via the portal of state services uslugi.tatarstan.ru and infomats. 90 per cent of applications are submitted online.

The regional final of Microsoft Imagine Cup was held at Kazan IT Park. 11 projects were competing for the right to take part in Russian final of the contest in Moscow in April. Winners of the Russian final will then to to Seattle to compete for a big money prize and meet with Bill Gates.

On March 28 managers and experts of the regional project “IT-Jump”, Larisa Bikmullina, Vladimir Murtazin and Tatyana Kozina visited IT park in Naberezhnye Chelny to meet with pupils and present prospects of successful future.
