Tatarstan launched a free service for exchanging things and goods “Exchange Time”. The application was developed by the residents of the Kazan IT Park – Evoteka digital agency. In the service you can exchange cars, equipment, clothes, shoes, sports goods, furniture and many other things.
Free legal assistance in Tatarstan can be obtained through the state e-service of Russian Ministry of Justice Portal of legal assistance «Vprave.rf».
What does the portal allow?
The event is dedicated to Programmer's Day in Russia. The All-Russian dictation on information technologies is held for the sixth time. During this time, “IT dictation” has proven to be an efficient tool for determining the level of digital literacy of the population.
