On August 27, Deputy Chairman of Gazprom Board of Directors Alexey Miller and Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the innovative city of Innopolis, Tatarstan. Upon arrival they visited A.S.Popov technopark, where the Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov and Director General of Specialized economic zone “Innopolis” Igor Nosov told the guests about the history of Innopolis.

On August 27, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Chairman of Gazprom Board of Directors Alexey Miller and Director General of Gazprom Transgaz Kazan Rafkat Kantyukov took part in opening gas pipeline in the Innopolis city, Tatarstan.

Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov took part in a solemn event where school bags were handed over to children in Verkhny Uslon region. The event was held within the framework of campaign “Help to prepare for school”.

On August 26, during his working trip to Tatarstan, Deputy Chairman of Gazprom Board of Directors Alexey Miller arrived in Kazan. At Kazan international airport he was met by Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov and Director General of Gazprom Transgaz Kazan Rafkat Kantyukov.

The 5th All-Russia computer championship among pensioners opened at Kazan IT-park. Representatives of 71 Russian regions, Abkhazia, Belarus, Belgium, Poland, Slovenia, and Finland will take part in the event.

On August 21, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov and CEO of the Center of information technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatyana Kamaletdinova took part in an annual meeting of educational workers dedicated to modern education and new strategic solutions that was held in Bugulma.

The grant will be provided under the subprogramme “State support of the development of economic environment and human capital in IT sphere in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 -2020” of the State programme “Development of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Tatarstan “Open Tatarstan” in 2014 – 2020” approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Decree dated as of 17.12.2013 № 1000.
