Training on information security for employees of Tatarstan government authorities who are responsible for administration of the State integrated system of telecommunications was held at Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications on August 21. Head of Department for information security Ilyas Sabirov and a representative of Federal Security Service made reports at the training.

Patients with oncological diseases are registered in the automated system of the Regional clinical oncologic dispensary of the Tatarstan Ministry of Health. All information about medical examinations is saved in “Electronic health care” system. 1.2 mln electronic applications for diagnosis of oncological diseases have been received for seven months of 2015.

Employees of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications took part in a video conference with representatives of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Migration Service, Federal Bailiff Service and loan organizations.

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications and the Presidential Department of state service and personnel are intensively developing the Unified information personnel system of state civil service in the Republic of Tatarstan.

70,158 applications have been registered in Social register of population of the Republic of Tatarstan. 60, 061 individual social programmes have been made up, 56,426 contracts have been signed with citizens.

An Israel company “Compass networks” presented a unique technology ic-Photonics at Kazan IT-park. IT and ICT specialists from Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Mari El, Chuvashia, Ulyanovsk and Samara came to see the presentation organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications and IT-park.

The 16th FINA World Masters Championship has finished in Kazan. Preparations for the event started in 2013 when the mission of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications was to organize ICT and telecommunications infrastructure. Work on providing Internet, telephone, mobile and radio communication, and cable television to venues were organized to prepare for FINA World Championship.

According to results of the admission campaign 2015, Higher school of information technologies and systems has improved the admission procedure and has been ranked first among IT universities in the category “applied informatics”. The average admission score of the Unified State Exam was 86,34.

Citizens of Tatarstan started asking more questions about condition of kindergartens. Using the state information system “Public control”, they can help to solve problems connected with the repair of kindergartens and development of their territories.

The 5th All-Russia computer championship among pensioners will be held in Kazan on August 24-25. Tatarstan Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection Elmira Zaripova, CEO of the Center of information technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatyana Kamaletdinova and Board Chairman of regional department of the Union of pensioners of Russia Lyubov Mishina told about the event at a press conference today.
