On August 30, Minister of Communications and High Technologies of Republic of Azerbaijan Ramin Guluzade arrived in Kazan. Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov met the guest at Kazan international airport.
In accordance with article 1 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated as of 19.02.1992 № 1448-ХII “About holidays and memorable dates in the Republic of Tatarstan”, all post offices will be closed on the 30th of August, 2016, except for the post office at Tandem shopping mall. It will be open from 10:00 till 14:00.

“Innopolis University takes up leading positions in rating of Russian universities, and it is a big merit of ideologists of this project, teachers and all our partners,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
