On August 22, representatives of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications and Deputy Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Yuri Kamaltynov took part in a solemn opening of Children’s sports playground in Verkhneuslonsky region.
ICL Techno, a resident of Innopolis SEZ presented the beginning of construction of new office building in Laishevo region to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The official ceremony took place in Usady village on the territory of ICL plant of computing technology.

On August 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov, Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, rectors of leading Russian and Tatarstan universities took part in a meeting with young teachers during the forum “Professional development and career of teachers” at Innopolis.
Due to increasing number of applications for state-funded educational programmes of secondary professional education, Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications has extended the enrolment period for a degree in “Postal communication” at Kazan technical school of information technologies and communication until 26.08.2016.
On August 16, Director of Innopolis University Kirill Semenikhin and President of production association “Zarnitsa” Artur Abdulzyanov signed agreement on cooperation. They agreed on exchanging scientific and technical information in the sphere of robotics, developing equipment, stands, simulators and methods for teaching robotics, cooperating in employee professional training, rendering expert assistance in defining the potential of commercialization of scientific projects, participating in joint projects and applying for grants.
Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov in his interview to ITAR-TASS informed that the amount of payments on the portal of state services increased twice in the first half of 2016.
