Since March 1, 2025, a new service has become available on the State Services Portal — setting a voluntary self-restraint on receiving loans and credits. This tool is intended to increase the protection of citizens from fraudulent actions related to the registration of loans under pressure. Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin emphasized: "This service will contribute to the protection of the population from unfair practices and prevent the possibility of registering credit obligations under the influence of fraudsters".

On February 28, a Digital literacy lesson was held on the topics: "Data backup", "Create something new with artificial intelligence", "Spam protection" for students of the gymnasium named after Zinnurov in Verkhiy Uslon and is aimed at implementing the national project "Data economy and digital transformation of the state". Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Bulat Gabdrakhmanov conducted the lesson and explained why regular file backup is necessary to prevent the loss of important information.
