The Government amended the recommended list of state and municipal services to be provided on the «one-stop shop» principle in the multifunctional centres of state and municipal services. The services of the Pension Fund have been added and some services operated by the regions have been excluded.

However, the blockchain industry used for the production and circulation of cryptocurrency is one of the fastest growing in the software industry. Many successful international projects in cryptocurrency have Russian roots. And the power of blockchain technology itself is much wider - switching to smart contracts and many others.
On January 28, speaking at a press conference on the results of a government meeting held last Wednesday, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin informed that as many as 114 industry events will be held in Tatarstan in 2022.
“Our task in 2022 is to popularize and promote the IT industry,” the Minister emphasized.

The State Services Portal published a list of 2002 settlements that will be provided with 4G by the end of the year. The list is based on the choice of Russians who took part in the vote. Under the Digital Economy national programme, Russian Ministry of Digital Development will provide 4G communications to about 24,000 underpopulated areas in Russia until 2030. This year, 4G communication networks will appear in 61 settlements of the republic with a population of 100 to 500 people.
Digital Economy national programme is supplemented by three federal projects. Their indicators are synchronized with Russian social and economic development initiatives.
The SberZ (for schoolchildren of 8th to 11th grades and students of colleges) and SberStudent Acceleration Programmes (for undergraduates, postgraduate students and researchers) open an additional track for young people interested in artificial intelligence technologies.
The participants of the AI-track will be able to take a specialized course on the topic of AI and bring their project to the first business results together with specialized experts.
On January 26, in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, a joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan and a summing up meeting of the regional Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dedicated to the results of work in 2021 and the Year of Digitalization being held in Tatarstan in 2022 took place.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Roman Shaykhutdinov, Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Ilsur Khadiullin, Director of Road Safety State Institution Rifkat Minnikhanov and other officials took part in the meeting.
