Due to bad weather conditions citizens of the republic have sent more complaints about problems with heat and water supply to them “Public control” system. 116 complaints were processed in October.
On October 9, representatives of Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Transport and Department of the state traffic inspectorate took part in XXII international congress on intellectual transport systems in Bordeaux, France.

Updated mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan” is now available for iOS and Android devices in AppStore and PlayMarket. The new version has new interface and step-by-step obtainment of services.
5.97 mln electronic services were rendered to Tatarstan citizens in September. Citizens of the republic made 4.2 electronic requests, 320.4 applications, 740, 000 times registered on the waiting lists and made 694.5 payments for the sum of 690 mln rubles.
In accordance with the law of Russian Federation dated as of July 13, 2015 №257 “On introducing amendments in the law of Russian Federation “About mass media” and Federal law “About communication” mobile operators have finished all works and started the distribution of popular TV channels within the first and second multiplexes without charge.
On October 6, popular social network Instagram celebrated 5-year anniversary. Instagram is a free mobile photo-sharing, video-sharing and social networking service that was created by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger and launched in October 2010.
