The number of complaints about quality of communication services decreased in 2015

For 9 months of 2015, 882 requests 479 of which concerned the quality of communication services have been sent to Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communications.

In comparison with last year, the number of complaints has decreased (528 complaints were received in 2014).
