On April 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the republic Ayrat Khayrullin visited the contact centre of the digital permit hotline.
It is indicated that the average time expectation of a response of the call centre operator is one minute, while the consultation itself lasts a little less than three minutes.
