Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of Digitalization of the republic Ayrat Khayrullin visit the contact centre of the digital permit hotline
On April 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the republic Ayrat Khayrullin visited the contact centre of the digital permit hotline.
During the visit, Khayrullin showed the work of the operators and informed about the statistics of appeals. The line received 74,000 calls, 77 per cent of citizens waited for an answer less than 30 seconds. The total average wait time is 44 seconds. Tatarstan Minister also informed about the digital permit statistics and changes in the work of the contact centre for digital passes. From April 13, Tatarstan citizens will get information about registering on the Work in Russia portal and unemployment benefits using the single hotline number 8-800-250-90-33.
“The epidemiological situation is tense. I want to wish people health. Take care of yourself and your loved ones,” the minister concluded.
