Rashid Nurgaliev is interested in projects of residents of IT-park Business incubator

August,10. RF Minister of interiors Rashid Nurgaliev visited Technopark in the sphere of high technologies IT-park during his business trip to Tatarstan Republic. Head of RF Ministry of interiors was accompanied by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Deputy Premier – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov told Rashid Nurgaliev about infrastructure of IT – park and activity of resident companies. Head of RF Ministry of interiors also got to know about start-ups of Business incubator and appreciated the projects realized by young IT-companies. Watching presentation of a project “Testing competence of officials” developed by company “Effektivno RF” Rashid Nurgaliev noted that experience of using such systems abroad shows their efficiency. He suggested carrying out such testing for employees of central office of RT Ministry of interiors.

Rashid Nurgaliev appreciated as well the project of innovative system of videorecording road traffic violations “Avtodoria”. Head of RF Ministry of interiors suggested considering the opportunity to use new system in a pilot mode.

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov told Rashid Nurgaliev about initiative of RF Ministry of finance to submit fines for road traffic violations to federal budget. Head of republic is worried about loss of financial resource for traffic safety programs and the modern system of videorecording created in several regions including Tatarstan might be lost.

Later on Rashid Nurgaliev learnt about innovations on the system of electronic documents circulation. The system for coordinating work of emergency services in RT “GLONASS+112” was presented to Head of RF Ministry of interiors.
