Luxemburg Venture fund «Mangrove Capital Partners» may become investor of Business incubator start-ups

Managing director of Luxemburg Venture fund «Mangrove Capital Partners» Mr David Waroquier expressed interest towards projects of companies - residents of Business incubator of Technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park”.
David Waroquier got acquainted with IT-startups while visiting Kazan where he plans to establish partnership relations with local companies and possible further investment of some innovative projects in RT. At the meeting with residents of Business incubator parties agreed on preparation of investment projects to examine their possible financing by Luxemburg Venture fund.

Luxemburg Venture fund «Mangrove Capital Partners» is one the leading funds in Luxemburg and Europe on investing small and medium enterprises in the sphere of modern IT, Internet, programming, media business and e-trade. The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
