Iliya Massukh: ICT-decisions of Tatarstan Republic for Universiade-2013 should be used in other Russian regions

First session of interdepartmental working group on coordinating activity on creation of information-communicative environment and telecommunication infrastructure while preparation and holding of XXVII World summer universiade 2013 in Kazan has taken place in Technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park”.
The session was held by Co-chairmen of working group, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of informatization and communications of Tatarstan Republic Nikolai Nikiforov and Deputy Minister of mass communications of Russian Federation Iliya Massukh.
The conception of using information and telecommunications technologies while preparation and holding of Universiade was presented by Director General of RT Centre of information technologies Almaz Valiullin. It implies creation of basic infrastructure and information systems of management for preparation and holding of games, and systems of information maintenance and security control.
“Universiade will be the first serious global sport event to be held in our country. In connection with this, all decisions realized in Kazan, should be spread in other Russian regions afterwards while holding World football championship and other important sport events. We are sure that all goals set before ministries and departments of republic will be realized”, - Iliya Massukh said.
By words of Nikolai Nikiforov, all equipment and systems developed for Universiade, will be used in Tatarstan afterwards. They will be integrated with systems of “Electronic Tatarstan”, tools on rendering state services in electronic format, e.t.c.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
