On September 2, annual ceremony of awarding grants of Tatarstan Government to first year students of the Higher school of information technologies and systems took place at Kazan IT-park.
Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov and rector of Kazan federal university Ilshat Gafurov addressed the students with a welcoming speech.
