Mobile medical diagnostic cases to be used in Kazan

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication is preparing 10 sets of mobile medical diagnostic cases for the Ministry of Health.
A mobile diagnostic case includes certified devices, such as pulseoxymeter, glucose meter, 12-lead ECG, and tonometer. Integration with regional medical information systems was successfully completed.
After doing operational test at Vysokaya Gora central hospital, screening examinations of 300 people were carried out at local medical stations. Afterwards, results of these examinations were remotely studied by doctors, and information was put into medical cards.
Thus, the service was rendered to patients without any queues, visits to the regional centre, and referrals to diagnosis of cardiovascular, endocrine and urogenital diseases.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
