Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov speaks at Russian Startup Tour in Kazan

Welcoming participants of the event, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that it is a great opportunity to create environment where students, businessmen and scientists can reveal their potential. Deputy Minister of Communication and Mass Media Mark Shmulevich said that the event would help to share experience and knowledge.
Deputy Minister of Finance Andrey Ivanov, in his turn, noted that Russian Startup Tour in Kazan is a powerful resource for project development, and Tatarstan is the innovative platform of Russia. He added that the event is aimed at discussing certain projects and proposals that may be heard by potential investors.
On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
