Short emergency call numbers to be used in Russia

According to Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication, the order of Russian Ministry of Communication and Mass Media on use of three-digit emergency call numbers came into force on January 26. Numbers 101, 102, 103, 104 will be used together with a single number 112.
Currently, subscribers of OAO “Tattelecom” in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, OAO “Megafon” and OAO “Vympelcom” can use three-digit emergency numbers.
