Roman Shaikhutdinov meets with Inspur Vice-President at Kazan IT park

On January 23 Inspur Vice-President Chi Chuanju visited Kazan IT park. With 10 high technology parks in China and other countries, Inspur company is a big player in IT market. The company is rapidly expanding and considering opportunities to enter new markets.
The guest was met by Kazan IT park Director Anton Grachev, who made a presentation of IT park, conference hall and press centre. One of start-up projects was then presented to Chi Chuanju.
Anton Grachev also told about electronic state services and document management system.
Chi Chuanju also met with representatives of two leading companies – BARS group and ICL-KPO VS, who told about their activity and most interesting projects.
A meeting between Inspur Vice-President and Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov was held afterwards. The minister told about development of high technologies in Tatarstan. Director General of OAO “Innopolis” Igor Nosov told about Innopolis project.
Chi Chuanju said that company’s representatives often visit Russia, and he had recently met with Russian Minister of Communication and Mass Media Nikolay Nikiforov.

About 2,000 students of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (IITS) at Kazan Federal University (KFU) received scholarships for studies in “Software Engineering” with a focus on “Modern Software Development.” Annually, more than 22.6 million roubles are allocated from the regional budget for this purpose under the “Personnel for the Digital Economy” regional project.
To date, Yandex delivery robots began operating in the Novo-Savinovsky and Sovetsky districts of Kazan. On December 2025, robot delivery was firstly introduced in the Vakhitovsky district of the city.
The implementation of robot delivery is aimed at making everyday life more comfortable for residents through the use of advanced technology. Users will be able to track the movement of the courier robot on a map directly within the app, ensuring transparency and convenience. Since robots do not require breaks or rest periods, delivery services will operate reliably around the clock.
Mobile Telecommunication Systems Company reported on its activities in Tatarstan for the year 2025 during a weekly meeting at Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization.
Director of the MTS branch in Tatarstan Marat Kabanov outlined key areas of work in 2025 and the achieved results.
On March 27, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvyn held a meeting with Director General of "Info-Obereg" Vladimir Dorofeev.
Such meetings between the minister and representatives of the IT community are held on Fridays in an open dialogue format. These personal meetings provide an opportunity for companies to share their experiences, discuss their projects and seek support.
