Roman Shaikhutdinov takes part in Gaidar forum “Russia and the world: sustainable development”

On January 16 Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov took part in plenary discussion «Doing Business in Russia 2.0» within the framework of Gaidar forum “Russia and the world: sustainable development”.
Participants of the discussion spoke about the meaning of Doing Business rating for Russian economy and its impact on investment climate. Tatarstan delegation was headed by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
A roundtable “Tatarstan in global world: shaping the future” chaired by Tatarstan President was also held within the framework of the forum.
Roman Shaikhutdinov, Professor of New York University in Abu Dhabi Georgy Derlugyan, professor of Harvard University Timothy Colton, managing partner of Ernst&Young Aleksandr Ivlev took part in the roundtable discussion. Participants of the event discussed the model of economic growth and global positioning.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
