Solemn cancellation of envelopes and stamps “XXII Olympic winter games 2014 in Sochi. Olympic Torch Relay” will be held on December 31 at 11 a.m. at post office in Kazan on Kremlevskaya street.
The Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov, Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov will take part in the event.
To the point, the emblem of Olympic Torch Relay is depicted on the stamp, the map of Russia, the Olympic Torch, the Moscow Kremlin and Sochi seaport are depicted on the souvenir sheet.
During the ceremony anyone who wants to send wishes to the Russian team can write them on the card that will be sent to Sochi.
