As many as 14 projects presented at the exhibition of advanced IT solutions under the summing up meeting of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization

On July 14, under the summing up meeting of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, an exhibition of advanced IT projects is being held. It features 14 developments covering the areas of public administration, ecology, agriculture, robotics and security.

All exhibition stands are open to visitors: any attendee can explore the projects, see the solutions in action and ask questions directly to the developers.

Public Administration and Ecology

GosPrompt. An AI-based system that helps civil servants work with documents and information. The service covers over 150 types of tasks and automatically selects the most appropriate language model for each. To date, 4,500 people use the AI platform.

Digital Platform for Ecology and Natural Resource Management. Winner of the CIPR Digital-2024 award in the "Digital Nature" category. The system automates key processes in ecology: licensing, subsoil use control and environmental monitoring, including air quality assessment.

Unified Information System "Property." A unified system for automating property management processes in the republic. To date, the platform contains information on 1.5 million state and municipal assets and the service is used by 7,000 people.

Digitalization of Utility Networks. In 2026, the project will cover the Kama Agglomeration and by 2029 specialists will convert all utility networks in Tatarstan to digital format. Scheduled repairs will be carried out more quickly and the risk of utility accidents will be reduced.

"Tatsphere." A platform for managing government data. It collects information from all departments and transforms it into clear visualizations, enabling leaders to make timely decisions.

Digitalization of the Agricultural Sector

"OblakoD" Platform. An automation system for poultry and pig farms that connects sensors, scales and cameras of the enterprise into a single network. Artificial intelligence continuously monitors animal health, microclimate parameters and feed supply. As a result, management receives a unified digital overview across all production units and reduces livestock losses.

Monitoring System by Bertech. The platform connects all farm machinery into a unified data network to prevent incidents at agricultural enterprises. Developers have already conducted pilot testing of the system on farms of major companies. As a result, farmers were able to optimize fertilizer application costs and minimize the risk of grain theft.

AgroCRM. A digital assistant for crop management. The service helps agricultural producers streamline workflows and reduce costs through task automation. To date, 1,000 field farms are connected to the system, with 390,000 fields recorded in the database.

Smart City and Citizen Services

CitySoft Video Analytics System. The system consists of cameras installed on city public transport vehicles. They scan streets in real time and automatically record traffic incidents.

Nizhnekamsk Projects. In the "My Nizhnekamsk" app, residents can access news, send requests to the administration and resolve everyday issues. For city visitors, the app includes a virtual guide and a module that plans routes based on weather conditions and personal interests. The "Energy of the City" platform uses game mechanics and virtual rewards to motivate participation in city activities.

IT Infrastructure, Robotics, and Language Learning

"Tatnet." A cloud IT infrastructure that helps developers, startups, and small businesses deploy and launch their own website or app in just 5 minutes. The platform has enabled the creation of 318 applications and 50 virtual machines.

Company "AlgaRitm" demonstrates the development and production of industrial robots, unmanned aerial vehicles, and educational robotics.

Yul Mobile App. An educational service dedicated to preserving the languages and cultures of peoples, created by 15-year-old Amir Gizatov from Buinsky region, a winner of the "Give 5!" accelerator. The app currently offers Tatar language learning.
