As many as 44 representatives from ministries, agencies and companies of Tatarstan completed an intensive course on the application of AI technologies, which was conducted by "School 21" (an educational project of Sber) on its own platform.
Employees from Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, the Ministry of Justice of the republic, regional Ministry of Economy, Tatarstan Ministry of Construction and other agencies, as well as representatives from the Information Technology Centre of Tatarstan, Tattelecom Telecommunication Company and the Multifunctional Centre of the republic took part in the programme.
The intensive was held in the form of the workshop. Participants worked on individual and group projects. The training was based on the from equal to equal methodology: participants reviewed each other's projects and exchanged experiences. The programme also included expert meetings focused on the development of AI agents, their economics and security.
Key topics included:
Using AI for preparing analytical materials;
Automating data collection;
Leveraging neural networks to improve work with citizens and businesses;
Fundamentals of prompt engineering and working with large language models.
"Today, AI technologies help civil servants gather analytical data, systematize citizen inquiries, identify document violations and much more. Alongside personnel training, Tatarstan is implementing an AI development programme. We will increase computing capacity by 30 times so that ministries, doctors, teachers and entrepreneurs can use AI technologies within a secure perimeter," Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Bulat Gabdrakhmanov said.
