From January to May 2026, the popularity of the mobile application "GosKlyuch"  increased by 21% compared to the same period last year in Tatarstan. During these five months, residents of the republic installed the service over 382,000 times.

"GosKlyuch" is a service developed by the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia and is a key digital tool under the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State".

It enables users to sign documents and agreements safely, legally and free of charge directly from their smartphones or tablets. This includes submitting the 3-NDFL tax declaration, giving or revoking consent for receiving tax notifications, filing a claim for damage compensation after a road accident (OSAGO), placing a restriction on real estate transactions without personal participation, requesting the distribution of pension savings, obtaining extracts from the Unified State Register of Taxpayers and more.

To use the service, only a verified account on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi) is required. Today, more than 40 million people across Russia use "GosKlyuch," totally signing over 55 million documents.
