The Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre will host Kazan Digital Week 2026 International Forum in both in-person and online formats, ensuring maximum accessibility for all participants from around the world.
The key results of the Kazan Digital Week 2025 Forum confirmed the growing popularity of this new regular platform for scientific and business collaboration between developers and users of digital technologies.
The forum is held with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and Tatarstan Cabinet guaranteeing the highest level and strategic significance of the event.
The organizers of the forum are the Association for Assistance to Digital Development. The Forum is aimed at developing a sustainable ecosystem of trusted digital technologies, connecting Russian and international partners for the joint creation and scaling of innovations in key sectors of the economy and public administration. Representatives of government agencies, businesses, scientific and educational institutions, as well as developers and users of digital technologies, software and high-tech products are invited to participate in the Kazan Digital Week 2026 International Forum.

The Kazan Digital Week 2026 International Forum invites companies to become partners at one of the leading events in digital technology. Partnerships open up opportunities for brand promotion, innovation presentations and networking.
During the forum, Kazan Expo will host an exhibition of high-tech developments, software, hardware and software systems, and operational samples of equipment and machinery. More than 300 companies are expected to participate in 10 thematic areas, showcasing the latest technologies and innovative solutions. Exhibitors will have access to eight standard exhibitor spaces, as well as unfurnished spaces starting from 15 square meters.
The IT Leader competition is a unique awards programme that brings together developers, businesses and users, showcasing cutting-edge IT solutions to a wide audience and fostering dialogue among participants in the domestic industry. The project's main goal is to popularize and identify promising solutions, increase the competitiveness of Russian developments and strengthen the positive image of Russian IT specialists. The forum will recognize leading companies in ten thematic areas. The application process for the IT Leader award will run from July 6 to August 31, 2026.
A series of webinars will be held on the eve of the forum from May to October 2026. Webinar announcements are available on the event's official website.

A collection of research articles on the forum's thematic areas will be published following the event.
Articles will be accepted through the website until September 1, 2026. An open startup competition will be held from May to August. The winners will have the opportunity to present their projects at the exhibition and participate in pitch sessions at the KDW 2026 forum. Startups related to the development of information technology within the Forum's focus areas will be eligible to participate. Finalists will present their projects to invited experts, investors and corporate representatives throughout the three days of the event. A Job Fair featuring leading employers will be held at the Forum's exhibition area. Participants will have the opportunity to personally interact with HR specialists, learn about in-demand positions and introduce themselves to potential employers.
