Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan hands in awards to Multifunctional Centre employees
Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Bulat Gabdrakhmanov handed in awards to 19 specialists from the multifunctional centers of the republic (MFCs). The awarding ceremony took place in Sabinsky region following the summing up meeting of Multifunctional centre over the first five months of 2026.
There are 60 MFC branches operating in Tatarstan. They serve approximately 15,000 people daily and provide 303 types of services. During the first five months of 2026, MFC employees delivered over 2.2 million services.
Residents most frequently applied for:
— Real estate transactions (cadastral registration and title registration) – 335,000 requests;
— Tax debt verification – 260,000 requests;
— Printing documents from the Gosuslugi portal – 152,000 requests.
Behind each request lies daily care for people. It is the MFC employees who make access to government services fast and human-centered: they help thousands of residents complete documents and resolve life matters.
Eleven individuals received a Letter of Gratitude from the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan, which is awarded for their work and significant contribution to the development of state and local self-government, as well as for other achievements.
Three employees were awarded Certificates of Honor from the Ministry of Digitalization of Tatarstan. These are given to specialists with at least three years of experience in the field for high professionalism and a creative approach to their work.
Another four employees received a Letter of Gratitude from the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan and one of the female employees received the Medal "For Valiant Labor." This medal is awarded to specialists for outstanding work achievements and active public engagement.
