Work on changing hanging communication lines for underground utilities is going on in Tatarstan

978 of 3 560 km of hanging communication lines have been changed for underground utilities in Kazan. It is planned to change about 34 km of lines till the end of 2013.
For now, 41 km of needless hanging lines and overhead-underground junctions have been demounted in Kazan.
Administrative commissions have passed 592 resolutions on imposition of administrative sanctions for the sum of 124 481 500 rubles.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
