Tatarstan becomes the best in building an IT specialists training ecosystem
On November 14, at the Digital Solutions Forum in Moscow, during the plenary session "Digital Transformation of regions: Achievements and Challenges", Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization received an award in the "Best IT Specialist Training Ecosystem" category.
Tatarstan has unveiled a benchmark educational system covering all levels of training: from school projects like "Code of the Future" to international programs at Innopolis University.
Due to a comprehensive approach and grant support for talented schoolchildren and students, more than 42,000 specialists are already working in the region's IT industry.
"Every year, Tatarstan's universities and colleges graduate thousands of qualified IT professionals, significantly strengthening the region's position as one of Russia's leading digital hubs. Our goal is not only to provide jobs but also to expand potential, empowering young professionals to take risks and create new things. The "Digital Solutions" forum brought together government and business representatives to discuss the progress of the national "Data Economy" project and the development of strategies for implementing information technology in various economic sectors.
