Exchange of experience in a dialogue format: a meeting with the compliance manager of Tatspirtprom Company

29 September 2025, Monday

Compliance (from the English word "compliance"; derived from the verb "to comply") is defined as compliance with internal or external requirements or norms; it is a system of measures and procedures aimed at bringing a company's activities into line with established external and internal norms, rules, laws, and standards. It covers a wide range of requirements, from financial and legal regulations to corporate standards and ethical principles.

Compliance has been implemented at Tatspirtprom Distillery Company since 2021. Ildar Kamilovich shared their experience and described the main tools for building this system in the company.

Meeting participants also learned more about the new state information system "Anticartel," which the Federal Antimonopoly Service will use to identify suspicious bidding schemes starting August 1, 2025. Keeping employees up-to-date with these new regulations is an important aspect of combating corruption. This open dialogue between companies from different industries clearly demonstrates the importance of regularly sharing practical experience. This allows not only to adopt successful cases, but also to get an external view of the internal processes, which is a key element for building a transparent and efficient compliance system in any organization.
