Ilya Nachvin began his professional career at the State Housing Inspection of Tatarstan in 2011, advancing from specialist to head of the Control and Analytical Department. From January to April 2020, he led the regional State Institution of Tatarstan, the State Institution “Administration for Ensuring the Activities of the State Housing Inspection of Tatarstan.
Since April 2020, Nachvin held the post of First Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan. During this period, he ensured the implementation of key areas of the region's digital transformation: modernizing the system for providing state and municipal services, developing customer-focused digital services, implementing innovative solutions in the social sphere, healthcare, education, and construction, and establishing a modern ICT infrastructure. Under his leadership the MFC network, the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies into public administration, and the implementation of large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including the opening of the Bashir Rameev IT Park was held.
Ayrat Rinatovich Khayrullin previously held this post.
