New free Wi-Fi hotspots were launched in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Almetyevsk, Zainsk and Leninogorsk. Connecting to the network is simple: just complete authorization using a laptop or smartphone.
"Since last year, we have been working together with telecom operators to expand the free Wi-Fi network. These networks become an important backup communication channel, providing residents and guests of the republic with an additional opportunity to stay connected and use digital services. We are pleased that operators support this idea and are actively involved in creating public access points," Deputy Minister of Digitalization Albert Yakovlev said.
