Social mortgage can now be paid via infomats

Payments for social mortgage can now be paid on the portal of state services uslugi.tatarstan.ru and mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
From November 1 this service is available on infomats. Citizens can transfer payments to the account of State Housing Fund to purchase housing under social mortgage programme.
If payment is made via infomats, a citizen can receive payment documents at once. If payment is made on the portal of state services, documents are saved in citizen’s personal account.
To the point, there are 314 infomats installed in the republic.
A mobile application “Services of the Republic of Tatarstan” is free for iOS and Android platforms.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.

Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
