Rustam Minnikhanov: “We got over our fear of gadgets”

On October 31 at a panel discussion “IT eco-system: What is it made of” within the framework of International investment forum “Open innovations” in Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: “Tatarstan will strive for becoming an innovative centre, and create a platform for developing state-of-the-art technologies on the base of Innopolis.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that construction of innovative city is not an easy project, but Tatarstan leadership will do its best to implement it.
