Special session of International innovation forum “IT ecosystem: What is it made of?” to be held on October 31

A special session of International innovation forum “IT ecosystem: What is it made of?” will be held on October 31, 2013 at 4 p.m. at the exhibition centre Crocus Expo. The session is organized by Innopolis innovation centre with the auspices of Russian Ministry of Communication and Mass Media.
Russian Minister of Communication and Mass Media Nikolay Nikiforov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, rector of Carnegie Mellon University Kamlet Mark Scott, rector of Innopolis University Aleksandr Tormasov, Director of Russian Association of electronic communications Sergey Plugotarenko will take part in the discussion. Moderator of the session is Aleksandr Galitsky (Almaz Capital Partners).
The Innopolis exposition will be presented at Open Innovations Expo exhibition within the framework of the forum.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
